On another note, here’s my conspiracy theory for the week. The first week of MAR, 2009, the market bottomed–
If you sell a stock before one year is up,
you pay MORE, MUCH MORE taxes on that
as part of your income bracket.
If you hold for one year and one day,
you only pay 17% taxes–
So, everybody that bought stock at the bottom in MAR 2009,
cannot wait for one year and one day to get here soon enough, so they can sell their 400% gainers, and get the 17% tax rate.
That means, lots of SELLING is a possibility,
MAR 8-12.
DOW down 1,000 to 1500, that’s what I mean by lots of selling.
Right after earnings season ( Oct 11- Nov 11 ) I always start trading
(NOV 12 thru Jan 10)
at an average of 45 winners and 4 losses—
Lets hope I can keep up this furious pace, until Jan 11th 2010–when earnings begin again.

SPG, is basically unchanged from 90 days ago, EPS wise.
VNO 69.50, VNO should go higher than 69.50–As soon as VNO is at $70, I’ll short SPG–
Anything over $75 SPG is too high.
But Q’s have improved, so I’m giving SPG more p/e, which makes its price go higher than $76

This is a very part time site for me–It doesn’t even have stop loss orders–What a STUPID SITE!
I should probably quit this idiotic site, , and go Google, virtual trading with stop loss orders.

80% of my trades last month were winners–a few of those were break- evens-
2 or 3 stopped out
