IMO defense of 900 is very bullish... that is how 820 was defended in April and we kept going up and up... I think we will take out the 200dma easily just like we took out the 23.6% fib at 881... Massive bear trap today IMO like last month.. Z called it nicely .... dollar keeps tanking.. oil keeps going up ... energy makes up more than 25% of S&P.. no way S&P can go down with oil going up... Also, cant see any bad news around the corner that is not already anticipated...

Can definitely play it short at resistance but if it breaks $25 it could move to $33 real fast.

I hope investors can see the 24.6 stop loss I posted on the chart for this trade. I'd really rather be a buyer of CHK--not a shorter---

I'm thinking of putting a strangle on an instrument of crude oil (haven't decided which instrument yet - the CL future would be the purest play - but I don't know if I want to lay that much money down on it).

I think 60 is a key psychological price from what I'm seeing, it either wants to breakout or finally admit the demand might not be there to support that price yet. Edit: Well, I'm looking and strangles are very expensive on almost all the instruments. I think I'll wait to see how it breaks and think about it more then.
