Nabors Industries Ltd. (NYSE:NBR) will release the third quarter earnings for 2009 on Tuesday, October 20. A conference call will be held the following morning at 11:00 am ET to discuss the financial results.
I suspect they will beat the street and go higher–Then you can short at that higher price. $24
This is sell the news earnings event!, imo.

If NBR is down in price on the earnings, it turns into a buy the dip trade.

Demand for the motor fuel declined 3.3 percent to an average 8.95 million barrels a day, the biggest one-week drop since May, the report showed. ( bearish)

I think my ISRG strangle is only going to break-even to +25%--
Also wait till mid session--ISRG might go much lower intraday--Wed--it's very price volatile.
