Sticking with RED theme.

There’s one stock scan when back tested has produced good results consistently month over month.

Here I show you the entry, exit, and performance.  And look at what the scan has for Monday.

Back testing buy and sell at the open the following day.  I don’t always buy at the open. I try to low ball and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t and I missed out.

  • I think FOMC meeting helps gold stocks, raising interest rates sooner than later, but still later, just less later.

    fed-funds target rate at a range of zero-0.25% for an "extended period of time" to heal the economy. But speculation has risen over the past couple of weeks that policy makers may tweak the language to "for some time"
    extended period being changed to " for some time" Bullish interest rates up, sooner than later---Don't know which way the market will react--could go as much as 2.5% either way

    ENER: reports earnings Monday, Nov. 9th before the open. Doubt it makes fresh lows this week ahead of the report.
  • ENER, they look like they went back to the research side of their business, no profits for 2009--I bet it hits $14 on earnings

    I know Sprint's service is horrible and has always been a terrible company to invest in, but it is hitting a buy area here. Can it really test market crash lows?
  • UNG = EWC, my best guess, I have EWC lower 5-8 %, then go long, approx 22.7-21.9

  • FSLR RSI crossover 30 down to 28--look for lower prices tuesday
  • XLE $55 is the 50 day. XLE is usually down on Tuesday---Could see a 2% move drop XLE on tuesday

    maybe this will put UNG in the target zone.
  • UNG 9.46 is 14% below middle bb band, that's the most conservative of all the go long overnight indicators, there's also the SEPT gap at 9.6
  • BIIB 5 day wedge 42 -43 forming, then break out to the upside--OR under 41.75, go long overnight
  • WFR 2009 eps changed from making money +24c to a loss of 6 cents, I suppose it will test Nov lows $10

    BAC: $13.50 looks better than $14, but $14 might hold.

  • BBH,in an 89-91 price channel, that middle band is vertical dropping, which is against BBH getting above 91 for a few days, Wait, until that middle band flattens out a little, then BBH will take off. Could test 88's again, before taking off

  • Dow futures up +49---Hi Nergo, I'd close the KGC and NDAQ longs Monday--stocks are only getting one up day, and then followed by a down day. SEE the QQQQ chart in the members area, to get a more thorough picture, of pricing trends--I've been here, done that. ( 100 rimes)
  • Doubtful that my open orders will hit the way Asian market is taking a beating on CIT failure right now. Start small and don't chase.

  • LOL - don't consider myself guru, just persistent. Did you get the watclist? Some times it's considered to be contrarian. Too many bullish signals market goes down and vice versa.

    This could turn into an 11 day falling knife--maybe even 14, we'll see. Meanwhile, I'm stuck waiting for the first up day, I'll probably short that first up day---haha!
