APOL DEC 60 call, should have gone below $1.00 this morning, so maybe it's ok to play the DEC 55 calls price channel--be sure you know how to play a price channel--if not, this is a good one to study. The call price is not dependent on APOL stock price, only APOL price direction.

MCD, possible 64 to 70 short sell channel, has the eps to go higher than 2008 high 64.30, but it doesn't have the revenue. So, compromise Short at $67

NTAP oct 9 chart --they added 5% to it's $30 short sell price, eps wise last 60 days--that probably gets added in, so I'd wait for 30 + 5%, then short

Did you see the MOS chart 2009-2010 pricing? That's a lot of upside to work with. I can finally out trade Fortune8 on the MOO sector, yay!, Now that I understand which way that sector is going longer term.

basic experience--learning the stocks investor power--GOOG, people are 200% more attracted to GOOG, than MCD---They put 2X's as much money into GOOG's stocks price than MCD's--So, I have to treat GOOG, like a 2X's ETF, little stuff like that, ---That, when you add it all up, works out to a "little basic knowledge".

That's good info. A good trader gave me an indicator ('basic knowledge') that he uses each morning after the first hour and every hour subsequent to determine the Market movement for the intraday. This indicator is especially good for daytraders, scalpers, and overnight holders. He checks to see how the 'major market movers' are performing for the day. The major market movers are those huge companies like GOOG that have the ability to move the entire Market, up or down, if they are having a good or bad day. This is his list he checks on each hour: GOOG, GS, CAT, CSCO, INTC, JPM, AAPL, MSFT, WMT. I listed these stocks in stockcharts.com's candleglance group and saved as a shortcut to my desktop. During the day I would hit that shortcut and instantly I know how the Big Markert Movers are doing. If all those companies are having a good day then I am pretty sure I can go Long into the close on a particular stock.

Question Zee: What other Major Market Movers would you include on the list? I am thinking AMZN for one?

Futures are up at this time. If the Market does not have good follow-through going up the first hour with Futures being up into teh Open, then your gold Shorts are probably okay. I may add a gold Short if we go up and then fade after the first 30 minutes to 1 hour.
