    the spx, doesn’t have the eps, to make too much of a new high, next month or so. it should trade nearly sideways. when june gets here and if the market hasn’t corrected by then, and june keeps going higher, that means the market is play earnings forward, to make the higher highs in june, get ready …if that happens for a July-Aug CRASH at least enough to make every dow 30 stock go to rsi 15-25…rsi 25 is a long drop for IBM, as an example.

    sector rotation can last a lot longer than anyone has cash trying to short the market. right now, cash has sector rotated out of solar and airlines. I think sector rotation has a long long way to go. i think next week, the market sector rotates back into those 2 sectors.

    if solar and airlines get rotated into next week, i imagine a couple of sectors will get rotated out of. I have several ideas about which sector will get hit next. i’ve been posting entry and exits on short sells in these next sectors to get hit, in my members site. this is one more of the reasons, i have more members logging in at my members site, than i have visitors to this free site. kind of crazy like that, isn’t it!!!

    Feb. 11 (Bloomberg)//”Sources at the United States Embassy in Beijng China have just CONFIRMED to me that the United States of America has tendered to China a written agreement which grants to the People’s Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China’s continued purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves!

    next week earnings, i’d say around 200 stocks will go up on earnings, and the few that will go down, won’t affect the indexes. look for higher prices on the indexes, this week.
